ALLCUTFAB specializes in Waterjet Cutting, and is owned and operated by James Caskey. A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Waterjet table uses water in a supersonic erosion cutting process. This cold-cutting process can produce large or small batches of parts, no matter how complex. A pure waterjet is used to cut softer materials that may be cut with a knife,such as rubber or cork; where an Abreasive Waterjet embeds garnet in the high pressure flow to cut materials much harder, like marble, granite, glass, and steel. ALLCUTFAB utilizes a cutting machine that employs the three axis X,Y, and Z coordinate system. The abrasive added to the ultra high pressure water flow enable the machine to cut the hardest of materials up to five inches in thickness.
A waterjet machine provides the best solution for both the benefits of cost and preservation of materials. By cutting multiple parts simultaneously, costs are minimized and productivity is increased. Moreover, a cold-cutting process preserves the integrity of the material better than any other cutting methods because it does not introduce heat, which can potentially alter the properties of the material itself.
